Quality Improvement Advisory Council
The Quality Improvement Advisory Council makes recommendations to the RMCA Board of Directors on counseling protocol. RMCA members agree to provide data according to RMCA standards. Data shall be submitted utilizing a RMCA approved vendor with appropriate safeguards so that members will not have access to competitive information. Research will be conducted on this data to prove the value and improve the quality of reverse mortgage counseling.
