Senior Homeowner:

As part of the reverse mortgage counseling session, your counselor is required to review the information on the RMCA Budget Worksheet with you.

In order to be better prepared for your counseling session, please fill out completely all of the requested expense, income, asset, and liability sections of the "worksheet". A completed RMCA Budget Worksheet prior to your reverse mortgage counseling session will expedite your counseling session. The information on the worksheet will also help your counselor to determine if your reverse mortgage counseling session fee (up to $125) can be waived.
