The Reverse Mortgage Counseling Association (RMCA) takes pride in the quality and professionalism of our member agency counselors. Member agencies subscribe to a RMCA Code of Ethics and Membership Standards (Click here to view RMCA Code of Ethics and Membership Standards).
As part of their membership, RMCA member agencies must agree to participate in the
RMCA Dispute Resolution Process. This process involves cooperation with RMCA regarding
the investigation and resolution of complaints filed by consumers or businesses regarding
a reverse mortgage counseling session conducted by a RMCA member agency counselor.
