RMCA Member Seal Program
The RMCA Member Seal is the RMCA mark of approval for being a member reverse mortgage counseling
agency in good standing.
The RMCA Member Seal also represents that the reverse mortgage counseling member agency has adopted the
demanding RMCA Membership Standards and Code of Ethics in the areas of legal compliance, governance, insurance, counselor availability, accreditation, counselor education, counselor training, HUD compliance, conduct, advertising, counseling fees, handling of consumer complaints, and fiscal integrity.
The RMCA Member Seal represents accountability and responsibility. There is a dispute resolution process that each member must adhere to should a borrower be dissatisfied with a counseling session or treatment from a NHCA member agency.
The RMCA Member Seal represents that a RMCA member reverse mortgage counseling agency practices and supports the highest reverse mortgage counseling standards in the industry.
